Tracy Dobson

Tracy Dobson came to Pacific EDI with more than twelve years experience in medical billing and collections, the last nine years of that was spent managing a team responsible for the aged accounts receivable for various provider specialties including anesthesia, pain management, radiology, pathology, and critical care. She specialized in working with Provider Relations of major Insurance carriers, HMOs, PPOs, Workers Compensation, Medicaid, and Medicare, in various states to resolve large issues with high impact on reimbursement. Under Tracy’s leadership the aged accounts receivable team was successful in maintaining an aged accounts receivable well below the industry standard for a client base of over 200 physicians for all payer types .

Diane Meredith-Gordon

Bio: Diane Meredith-Gordon started in healthcare as a physician's assistant in the OB/GYN field. Her major in college was Bacteriology and Genetics. She also worked as a Meditech systems analyst and implementation specialist. Diane has managed small and large medical practices, and has directed revenue cycle and utilization review in hospitals ranging from rural public to large urban environments. She also had a successful consulting practice which specialized in compliance, charge master and revenue cycle process improvement for critical access and small rural hospitals. Diane is a well-regarded speaker and has presented at at regional HFMA and national hospital conferences.
